Welcome to Homebly!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Homebly’s website (homeblyapp.com) and our mobile apps for iOS and Android (collectively, the “Service”).
By using Homebly, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

If you don’t agree, that’s totally fine — you just can’t use the Service.

1. About Homebly

Homebly (“we,” “our,” or “us”) helps homeowners and property managers organize and manage information about their homes, appliances, maintenance, and more.
We provide a digital platform that lets you store, organize, and enhance your property data through AI assistance and other smart tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Homebly.
By using the Service, you confirm that you’re old enough and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Account

To use Homebly, you’ll need to create an account using either:

  • Your email address and a password, or
  • A social login (like Google or Apple)

You’re responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that happens under your account

4. Your Content

Homebly lets you upload and store data such as:

  • Photos, documents, and notes
  • Property information and home details

You own all content you upload.
By storing content in Homebly, you grant us a limited license to use it only for the purpose of operating and improving the Service (for example, saving, organizing, and enriching your data).

We don’t sell or share your content with advertisers.

5. AI Features

Homebly uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) services to help enrich your data — for example, by identifying appliance details from photos or filling in missing information.

By using these features, you agree that:

  • Your uploaded data and images may be processed by third-party AI providers (like OpenAI or Google Cloud).
  • These AI tools are used only to improve your experience inside Homebly.

AI results are generated automatically and may not always be perfect — so please double-check important details.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

After your free trial, continued use of Homebly requires a paid subscription.

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play, depending on your platform.
  • Subscription renewals and cancellations are handled directly through your account or app store settings.
  • Prices and plans may change, but we’ll always let you know in advance.

If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Homebly for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Upload viruses, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempt to access or tamper with other users’ data
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell Homebly

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Data & Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Homebly up and running, but sometimes things go wrong.
Homebly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis — we can’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We’re not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, bugs, or other technical issues.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and software that make up Homebly belong to us.
You’re welcome to use the Service, but you don’t gain ownership of any Homebly intellectual property by doing so.

11. Ending Your Account

You can delete your Homebly account anytime through your account settings or by contacting us at support@homeblyapp.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect product updates or legal changes.
When we do, we’ll post the updated version here and update the “Last Updated” date above.
If changes are significant, we’ll notify you through the app or by email.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • Homebly and its team aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like loss of data, revenue, or use) resulting from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim won’t exceed the amount you paid to use Homebly in the past 12 months.
